It seems that there have been few customers that have been having some trouble with the ordering process on our website, so today I would like to make two suggestions that will help expedite your orders.
When you place an order, please use the uploading service on our website.
When sending your files, please make sure your files are properly labeled, and clearly placed in the appropriate folders so that our staff can easily find what’s needed to put your album together. Take these folders and files and create a single zip file with your name or studio name so that it doesn’t get lost.
We do have a lot of customers, so having everything labeled ensures that your data doesn’t get lost and you receive your product on time.
