Please compress your files into a zip file before uploading. Please don't upload individual files.

Remember the file uploader can only handle one file at the time and no larger than 2 gigabytes in size. If your file is more than 2GB, please divide the file into two smaller zip files and upload separately.

Also, please name your zip file with your first and last name along with the date, in the following format:
"YourFirstName_YourLastName_UploadDate.zip" to identify your file for us.

Please don't forget to include the completed custom order PDF form or digital order PDF form inside your zip file.
