How to order Custom Albums

Please follow the ordering instructions carefully, otherwise we may not be able to process your order.

step 1: Fill out Order Form

1.	Your Information Print your name (your company name as well), address, phone number, and e-mail address clearly. We use this address for shipping of your albums ( no p.o.box. ) We send a confirmation e-mail when we receive your order.

2.	Order Information Please select either "Sample Album Order" or "Actual Album Order."

3.	Album Information Fill out a type of album to order and quantity (for example, H60-70, or G90-100 etc.) Choose a color of album cover, a color of inside pages, a type of front cover layout and a title of front and spine.

4.	Customer's Information Print client’s information clearly, because the way you fill our will be the way it’s printed on the first page of your album. Name of the photographer will be printed on the last page of album. If you do not need those information on your album, please cross out the section.

5.	Remarks / Special Order Write remarks or special orders such as, the image numbers need to enlarge, etc. When credit card is your payment method, please provide us your credit card number, along with its expiration date, CVV# and billing address. We accept Visa, Master and Amex. Provide us your resell permit number in order not to charge tax.* *CA residence only

6.	Agreement to the terms & conditions

step 2: Burn CD

1.	Prepare Images When you scan your negatives, please use the best scanner as possible. Make sure that all the images are saved as JPEG file, 6 MB and 300 dpi minimum. Please prepare all of the images sequenced ( 001.jpg, 002.jpg...), color corrected and cropped. Title the image for the front cover "front.jpg" and back cover "back.jpg." Send us 3 to 5 sample prints with your order.

2a.	Burn CD Burn all of the images to CD-ROM If you decide to send us the files via the internet instead, see option 2b.
2b.	Using Our File Upload Service For your convenicence, we now offer the file upload service. You can upload a files (up to 2 gigabytes in size) through our website. Please go to File Upload page to see more details. Alternatively, instead of using our file upload service, you can send us your image files via FTP or a file-sharing service. Using FTP - If you have own or have access to a FTP site, you can upload your images to the FTP site and then send an email to us with the login information. Once we receive your email, we can then fetch the images from your FTP site. Please send us an email with the FTP username, password , FTP address & location of image files to info@la-viealbum.com. Using a file sharing service - You can send us your files via an online file sharing service, like YouSendIt.com. These file sharing sites let you send 100mb files to us. We recommend you zipping your files before uploading. Follow the instructions on their site and then please send us an email to info@la-viealbum.com. In your email, please let us know which file sharing service you have used. Important: Don’t forget to also send us your order form. You can send it as an attachment in an email, or include it in your zip files when you upload.

step3: Send a form with CD
